DensDeck® Roof Board
DensDeck is a rigid fire-tested roof board used with or without insulation as an overlayment or thermal barrier under Sarnafil membranes. DensDeck is a non-structural, glass-mat faced, moisture-resistant, treated gypsum-core panel. This treated gypsum core is an integral part of the inorganic glass mat surfacing on both sides. Together these materials provide dimensional stability and thermal protection of the structural deck, insulation and Sarnafil membrane.
DensDeck® Prime Roof Board
DensDeck Prime is a rigid fire-tested roof board used with or without insulation as an overlayment or thermal barrier under Sarnafil membranes. DensDeck Prime is a non-structural, glass-mat faced, moisture-resistant, treated gypsum-core panel. This treated gypsum core is an integral part of the inorganic glass mat surfacing on both sides. DensDeck Prime also has a non-asphaltic surface treatment which provides a stronger bond for adhered membrane applications. Together these materials provide dimensional stability and thermal protection of the structural deck, insulation and Sarnafil membrane.
DensDeck® DuraGuard™ Roof Board
DensDeck DuraGuard is a rigid fire-tested roof board used with or without insulation as an overlayment or thermal barrier under Sarnafil roof membranes. DensDeck DuraGuard is specially designed for self-adhered membranes. DensDeck DuraGuard is a non-structural, coated glass-mat faced, moisture resistant, treated gypsum-core panel. This treated gypsum core is an integral part of the glass mat surfacing on both sides. DensDeck DuraGuard has a low perm, blue colored surface treatment which provides a stronger bond for adhered membrane applications. Together these materials provide dimensional stability and thermal protection of the structural deck, insulation and Sarnafil membrane.
Securock® Roof Board
Securock is a rigid fire-tested roof board used with or without insulation as an overlayment or thermal barrier under a Sika Sarnafi l mechanically attached roof. Securock is a homogenous fiber reinforced gypsum panel that is moisture resistant. Together these materials provide dimensional stability and thermal protection of the structural deck, insulation and Sika Sarnafil membrane.
Sarnatherm Fanfold
Sarnatherm Fanfold is an extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam insulation board. It is produced with high strength film facers on both sides of the insulation board. Sarnatherm Fanfold’s film facings are compatible with Sika Sarnafil membranes. Sarnatherm Fanfold is installed according to local building code and UL or FM requirements, directly on the existing roof surface prior to the application of the Sika Sarnafil membrane.
